Sephora and Pantone Universe have collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind make up collection, centered on one fabulous hue: Tangerine Tango. Named “The Color of The Year”, the collection includes an eyeshadow quad, two blushes, three eyeliners, four lip glosses, four shades of nail polish, three feathered false eyelashes, an eyelash curler, a make up bag, a set of five brushes, and a six-piece collector’s edition set. The sets range in price from $16-$68, and Sephora has released their own varying, and less expensive, products inspired by the shade. You can view or purchase the collection, as well as Sephora’s products, here.
Hunger Games Posters from EntropyTradingCo
These awesome minimalist posters are, in my opinion, much classier than your average fan merchandise. Not only are the posters great for any fan, but each one is an art within itself. I particularly like the play with typography in the “Real or Not Real?” poster. Each one is $13.99, but the shop also sells 3 for $33

Made in Kind, Anthropologie’s designer colaborations, with Dustin Horowitz, make use of photo printing to give an artistic and realistic feel to perfectly shaped garments. Despite the fact that this is his first time working with photo printing, this piece truly captures my attention with it’s modernistic creativity. Each of his dresses is priced at about $250, this one specifically at $268. Of all the the Made in Kind artists, I find that Horowitz did the best job capturing and keeping my attention by keeping the overall theme true from the print on the dress to its beautiful cut.

Sheath Comes in Colors Dress- From ModCloth
With its perfectly bright colors and thick contrasting black lines, this dress is the fashion equivalent of a stained glass window. It’s just the right mix of vibrant spring hues and toned down neutrals (not to mention the fact that every single review contains the phrase ‘love this dress’).

Looking for a better way to get your 8 cups a day?
Recipe:
- 2L Water
- 1 Medium cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 10-12 mint leaves
All you have to do is drop them all in a pitcher of water, let it steep, and voilà!
This healthy and refreshing take on water is a great way to stay refreshed and stay away from the sugary drinks. After months of looking for different “smart” waters, this recipe is by far my favorite. Enjoy!
(For a stronger mint flavor, allow to steep for one day.)

Hit the dance floor in sequined shifts, beaded skirts, and layered jewelry, plus dream date The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson.
Photographed by Sebastian Kim
It’s that time of year: Prom Season! Naturally magazines such as Teen Vogue jump on the chance to provide style inspiration. This year, however, their prom editorial style goes beyond just the clothing, and on to the actual date. Josh Hutcherson can be seen as the “ideal date” in many ways. He still has that adorable look, without seeming childish.
So, how does your date stand in comparison?

Ravine Guest House by Shim-Sutcliffe Architects
Winner of the 2010 Governor General’s Medals in Architecture
“The Ravine Guest House is an extremely sophisticated volume blending interior and exterior space. The use of a reduced material palette is enhanced by the clarity of the structural solution making the clerestory seem to float above the seemingly continuous space.”
-The Jury
Located in a ravine near Toronto, this home brilliantly blurs the distinction between the indoors and outdoors. A large fireplace central to the structure, wood floors which seamlessly flow from inside to outside and large glass windows and doors incorporate both a modern yet warm feeling. Its clear why this home won!

TAXXI flats by Steve Madden
These brightly colored oxfords flats are bright, fun, and perfect for spring. While most oxfords come in duller, far more subdued hues, these beg for attention and can easily become the center of any outfit.

Hey everyone! It’s me! Sorry I haven’t been posting for a while. As you may have guessed we three went off on spring break and sadly the place where I was staying has no internet. Lucky for me I’m back on campus now and ready to dive back into posting, not that I can say the same about my school work.
I figure I owe you all an update so here it goes!
Over break my dad booked a flight for me to stay in Madrid with my cousins for six weeks which I’m incredibly excited about. The only downer is it leaves three days after graduation so it’ll be a rush to get from school to home to the airport. Wish me luck! (On a good note, the flight lands a day before Warped Tour comes to CT!)
Also, I just started crew at school which I’m very excited about and really looking forward to posting about in the future!
All in all I’m glad to be back on campus and excited about posting!
xx
